GWENDOLYN L. MORRIS M.D.1 MELVILLE I. SINGER M.D.1

1 From the Cardiac Laboratories, Cincinnati General Hospital and Children's Hospital of Cincinnati and the Departments of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.
