An Approximate Derivation for Stereoscopic Vectorcardiograms with the Equilateral Tetrahedron

J. A. CRONVICH M.S.1; J. A. ABILDSKOV M.D.1; C. E. JACKSON M.D.1; G. E. BURCH M.D.1

1 From the Department of Medicine, Tulane University School of Medicine and Charity Hospital of Louisiana at New Orleans, and the School of Electrical Engineering, Tulane University.
