An
81-year-old man was referred with a 65-mm descending
thoracic aneurysm (Figure 1A
) and
a 60-mm abdominal aortic aneurysm (Figure 1B
) found on
physical examination. Both aneurysms were excluded under
general anesthesia, in 1 session, with AneuRx (Medtronic)
stent grafts (Figure 2
). The patient was
discharged on the second postoperative day and has since done well
for 1 year.
