Saccular Aortic Aneurysm Simulating Pulmonary Artery Aneurysm

Sequential CT images (A and B) at the level of the left hilum demonstrate a normal pulmonary artery adjacent to a large, saccular aortic aneurysm. Additional imaging confirmed that the other aortic dilatations seen on the lateral film were aneurysms as well.
