This item has the following additional materials available:
Figure I (JPEG format)
Dose-related effect of CNP on repair process of wounded human coronary endothelial cells (HCAEC). CNP at the dose of 1015 to 107 mol/L was added to the culture dish of wounded HCAEC every day for 3 days. Migrating and proliferating cells were counted in 5 successive 125-μm sections from the wounded edge. The Y axis shows the cumulative cell number. The X axis shows the distance from the wounded edge.
Figure II (JPEG format)
Dose-related effect of CNP on proliferation of human coronary endothelial cells (HCAEC). CNP at the dose of 1015 to 105 mol/L was added to the culture dish of HCAEC in the culture medium with 2% fetal calf serum every day for 3 days. The cell numbers were counted by hemocytometer. The Y axis shows the cell number, expressed as % increase from the control.
