In the Contemporary Review article “Pericardial Disease,” by Little and Freeman (Circulation. 2006;113:1622-1632), the dose of colchicine in paragraph 3 of page 1625 is incorrectly stated as “colchicine (2 g followed by 1 g/d).” It should say “colchicine (2 mg followed by 1 mg/d).” The dose of colchicine on page 1624 is correct.
