In the Table of Contents listing for the correspondence by Glynn et al, “Response to Letter Regarding Article, ‘Effects of Random Allocation to Vitamin E Supplementation on the occurrence of Venous Thromboembolism: Report from the Women’s Health Study,’” which appeared in the April 15, 2008, issue of the journal (Circulation. 2008;117:e313), the name of one of the authors, Samuel Z. Goldhaber, MD, was inadvertently omitted. The omission has been corrected in the current online version of the journal. The publisher regrets the error.
